I whipped this muffler up today I'm restoring my gt18 oh180 tecumseh. I cut my old one apart and made an exact copy myself baffles inside and all. I'd did cut slits instead of holes. I still need to clean my paint markings off. And paint the ends the ends are not chrome . I used a chrome 4" exhaust tip for a car. I cut the factory elbow off my old one and welded it into this one. How did I do

No did not but how it is made inside is there is a pipe in the middle a little over halfway across with holes in it, one end is welded to the end of the muffler the other end is welded to a flat steel place with a hole in the middle that slips over the other end of the pipe. That is one chamber. You can see where it ends by my weld heat marks in the middle of the muffler. The other side of the muffler is just a big empty chamber. The side with the pipe in the middle is the exit side that's the side that has the slits on the muffler.

I used a chrome 4" exhaust tip for a car.

That's a good idea,

The pics make it look small. Good Idea in the 4" pipe.
