The SS Thistlegorm was a British armed Merchant Navy ship built in 1940 by Joseph Thompson & Son in Sunderland, England. She was sunk on 6 October 1941 near Ras Muhammad in the Red Sea and is now a well known diving site.

Basically the ship was loaded with trucks, cars, motorcycles, tractors, equipment, 2 steam locomotives, guns, ammo, boots, anything you can imagine a cargo ship could have.  It was all left when the ship sank, and basically people now use it as a dive site and go explore.

 

Read the wiki about it, then do a google image search for SS Thistlegorm.  Divers have posted thousands of pictures from the ship.  It's amazing, All the stuff just laying there.  Pretty neat read and a look see.
