I want to butcher a Sears sleeve hitch on to it. Hopefully that can happen this spring... For now I'm just thinking about how to do that. I know I would bolt it to the drawbar. Then fabricate a plate from 1/8" sheet metal that is in an L shape. The plate would mount under the seat in the seat mounting bracket like on the ultra rare stock sleeve hitch. On the short end of the L it would have holes drilled to match the holes on the sleeve hitch bracket from Sears. I'll include a link to the sleeve hitch I'm talking about.

Hopefully I can get this done before Christmas (and snow!) then get a rear blade and go nuts!!

Sounds like you have a plan... But one word of warning.
Some axles on the Motos were a little light duty. And now they are rare as hens teeth.

Btw: I put a link to a manual in the ask for manuals thread.

Ok. Thanks for the info. Yah the only axle/transmission I've seen other than mine was too far away... Right price though.
