Where is PA are you? I can think of a few good plow days up there: FCVAEC has one a year, WPGTA has three a year.

Phatboy, the WPGTA plow days are in Renfrew, PA.

According to Mapquest that's only about 2 hours from you.

Again this year the "Days Inn of Ezilabethtown, KY" has been good enough to give ALL GTtalk members attending the plow day a discounted rate.

MAKE SURE TO MENTION "GTtalk" to get this discounted rate!!

This year's rate is $60.00 plus tax for a total of $67.80 per night for any and all nights starting Thursday, March 31st though Sunday, April the 3rd. Regular rate is 91.66 for that time of year, so we get around a 33% discount.

Also something new this year, you can receive a 10% discount on your restaurant bill at the following restaurants by presenting your room key envelope when you pay your bill.

Here are the restaurants that offer the 10% discount,

Denny's, located at the Days Inn
Texas Road House
Texas Outlaw Barbeque
Ruby Tuesdays
Shoney's

Here is the contact info;

Elizabethtown , KY 42701-2053 US

I have stayed there a few times now and it has always been a nice clean hotel with well lighted parking lot. They offer both smoking and non-smoking rooms, both single queen and double queens with Micro and refrigerator.

It's only a bit over 1 1/2 months to plow day!  It'll be here before I know it, so I gotta get lots of things ready!

Dropped off 66 T-shirts at my buddy's screen printing business to have them screened with the Ball Hollow/GTtalk Plow Day logo.

  Will only have 23 hats (I'm keeping 2 LOL) available with the logo for sale too.  T-shirts will be $10 each and hats $12.

Thought I'd give heads up on this.
