Wow it's amazing you were able to take that from the dump! Here if you pick up something at the dump you get arrested for theft of city property even if you just saw someone else throw it away, and if you are a city employee like I am it's immediate termination from the job plus arrest. I hate having to drive truck to the dump as there's always so much stuff there that should be re-used only to be crushed or buried. One Saturday per year they let people come in and pick anything useable and it is so mobbed that most people just turn around and leave.


Nice useful find Kris, especially since you have some fuel there waiting to be cut up.

i had this old carb type oil burner when I first built garage. I burned 30% heating oil and 70% used motor oil.  These furnaces are almost free if you look in the right places.. Not hard to collect oil either if you talk to friends and neighbours who service their own vehicles..
