The program I saw that Windows had for 10 was to replace Media Player found in 7 & 8. If you did a clean install of 10, it would not show that Media player was installed before & you would have to buy it. Folks are using the VLC Media player as it is free and does the same thing.

Thanks guys, I downloaded the VLC program and it's running just fine. Did have a few other junk download with it from the VLC site that I had to delete. Make sure you check your program folder to see what all installed when you install any programs.

Good to hear it's working, Brian. I always watch each screen when installing a program as they all seem to want to add something you don't need.

First you had to have an anti-virus to protect your computer, then came more software to protect against malware and spyware and you usually had to use 2 different programs. The who time eating up valuable resources.  Now you have to eat up more to protect you from the Operating system its self.
