It was nearly 13 lbs. Had plenty, my son and his girlfriend couldn't make it down due to work and the possible ice storm. He lives in Wichita and they will get more ice than I will.

Normally somebody doesn't show up when planning a dinner. Hope you had a good day and everybody is safe. Noel

My youngest daughter & family were here. They live less than 2 miles away.

My girl did a great job with the bird. Not many left overs. My job was a good fire in the fire place.

Lot of rain and now freezing.  Daughter and granddaughter are here and will stay the night.  Had plenty to eat.  Had the pellet stove in the basement going so the house stayed at 67° without the fireplace.  I did the bird yesterday.   Smoked the legs and fried the rest.  Both turned out good.  Especially seeing as how the rest are white meat eaters.  Turkey sandwiches coming up.

The liquor store two doors down from work had a turkey on the chalkboard sign out front that said "ducks are good too"!

Lol

As someone who watched that show when little, that is so wrong on so many levels!

With this being in the GT section, I was expecting something different, like the new frankentractor busting in half.

Glad everything turned out good
