Noel , i have 1 similar to yours cept mine has the built in pipe grip below the jaw grip & a small 7/16 pipe bender ring on the right side of it & a 1,1/4 solid round plate on top behind the vise jaws on the flat bit which is removable

Like this 5 1/2" on my welding cart?

What is that stamped on the front jaw? Don't see that anymore

Here's my two biggest ones. The first one I got still in the box. But I use it more. They are both Craftsman vices.

I was cleaning up last night, found my busted vise under the bench. Hey Alan, it's got those words on it too! Too bad it broke, guess the threaded portion couldn't take me torquing down on it with a 3' cheater bar  :rolling:

The little round thing behind the screw stripped out on mine.

Should be guaranteed for life. If Sears can't locate replacement parts they will give you a new vise

Not that I'm building a vise collection but I stopped by a friends to see how his garage restoration is going and he gives me these that he says he has no room for. One will go on my trailer.

I picked up this HENRY vise. Henry started making vises in his backyard in London On. and supplied all vises to Canadian mobile units overseas during WW11. I had to make one jaw plate.  I still have purple paint left.
