HI.  My sisters neighbour is moving into town.   She is selling her JD 445 with snow blower and mower deck 730 hours.  Asking $3200.  I'm hoping it has 3 point hitch & rear PTO.

I think I could sell my 425 with 1900 hours and mower deck for around that.  Be nice upgrade I think.

In this area, that would be a good deal even if it does not have a 3 point or the rear 540 pto.

I had chance to check out the 445 this week.  Tractor only has 730 hours no rear PTO or 3 pth.  Tractor is kind of rough even with low hours.  Front hood broken where they hit tree, scratches on both fenders and hood.  Both tail lights missing.  Air cleaner wing nuts/ bolts missing.  Some other bolt kind of holding air cleaner on.  54 inch mower deck both sides have a lot of rub marks on them, blades are shot.  I think maybe she mowed by brail.

Snow blower I don't think it has ever been used it is in near new condition.  Tractor has wheel weights on it.

My sister bought the unit from her neighbour for $3,200.  Did it to help the neighbour lady out as she run out of time to sell was moving off the farm into a condo. Bought it with the idea that she could sell it in the spring get her money back.  (already has 425 with 60 inch deck 700 hours and a 455 with roto tiller 2600 hours.  Both have rear PTO and 3pht )  So she doesn't really need a third garden tractor.  For snow removal they use the JD 4450 with loader, cab, heat & serious HP.

Going to try some wheeling and dealing.  I'd like to get a hold of the snowblower and maybe her blade.
