Looks to be a 8" it turns over so you can plow both ways. Thanks Jake

From the picture with the numbers I think it might be a John Deere.  Possibly a #36.  I've got the remains of one that flips over like yours does and it was a horse drawn walk behind.  Hope this helps.                             Stewart
