Calf slobbers?  Sounds delicious, :rolling:  :rolling:  :rolling: ! What the heck are they? I'm right into the cold turkey sandwiches too, would rather have them than the hot turkey at the feast. The 12lb. bird sounds about right to me as well.

Calf Slobbers= whipped cream. Something I named it many years ago.

Just got back from the store and found a 12.73 lb. bird. That should do fine.

I was hoping "calf slobber" was whipped cream!


My wife works at the distribution center of a large, local turkey processing plant, and they process 38,000 tom turkeys a day at 40# each!
