It's never too late to start Don. I feel lots better since the heartburn totally left me. Still have the attacks of arthritis in my feet, but the Meloxicam cured my hands....helped my feet somewhat. Yep, I work hard most days, but the weight never left, but climbed. Junk food was my enemy.

WooHoo! Weighed before I showered tonight...below 205 now! I started at 233, so a 28+lb drop.


That's great, Daniel... CONGRATULATIONS!!:bounce:
I know what a big effort you are making. I started at 255... down to 211 now. I'm hoping to drop to around 185-190 eventually. Then I'll have to buy more wheel weights!! :D

Great news Daniel!!! Way to go. I'm sure you can tell the difference with the weight loss. Keep up the good work. I'm at 189 down from 223 last October and am feeling fantastic.
