This morning shows an even 15lb drop! Hard work is helping a lot too, but the most of it is lack of eating junk.

Looks like things are gonna be AOK. Went for bloodwork today, so asked nurse if she'd do a stick test too for an instant reading. Blood was at 82, so at a perfect level just by watching my eats. Appointment with doc will show results of main tests, but looks like I'll not even need diabetes pills by the stick test. Likely just need to keep up what I'm doing & all should be fine! :dancingbanana::dancingbanana::dancingbanana::dancingbanana:

Congrats Daniel on getting it under control! Doing it without having to take pills or shots is great news. By cutting out the snacks as active as you are the pounds should keep coming off. Keep up the good work! I am walking over 4 miles at least every other night and am feeling great. Got down to 191 so far.

Well, though I haven't seen the doc yet after results come back, I can't see any reason to do anything other than keep on my diet. Thanks guys,....I'm quite proud of myself at this point. I didn't know I had an ounce of self control when it comes to food & snacks, but I guess I do!
