Any one ever have deck belt issues with these? I have the right belt and ist keeps comming off. I tried two different mule boxes and they both throw the belt. If I adjust it really tight it won't come off. But then there isn't enough slack to disengage the deck. I can't figure it out. Tried two decks two mule boxes and 4 belts

They are on there , I was maybe wondering if there is supposed to be a belt brake on it when you turn the deck off that helps hold the belt on. I have a parts gt and there isn't one on it either, I think it is a poor design how they run the belt on that thing if I can't figure it out I will convert it to something else

I had the same issue on a craftsman II 18HP, it was spitting out and tearing up belts, finally figured out to disassemble the tensioned idler pulley, clean it up and grease it , no problems since. knock on wood!!!!
