I have begun restoration of a 12BB01 Bolens Power HO deluxe serial number A4061. Cannot locate an engine model on the Briggs Stratton. It has a wind operated governor. Could this be a model B ?

Hello Welcome to GTT

We would love to see some pictures of your machine when you get a chance!

The B&S engine that would have come on your 12BB was a model 8R6

Edit: Just reread your initial post and realize you're actually not looking for an engine. Anyhow link is there for anyone that could be looking for one.

Thanks to you fellows for your help. I needed a new ignition coil for that 8r6 Briggs. Put a carb kit in the "goobelator ". Engine runs great. Obtained all parts and have striped the paint from the sheet metal. Art work is completed on the iron grill. Won't be able to paint until spring arrives here in Ohio. Thanks again for good advise and guidance.

Do you have any photos? That is a very low serial number.

A4061 you sure is the serial number?  I just haven't seen one with only a 4 digit number.
