Kenny, your Ford won't know how to act having clean clothing. Looks like you are doing a good job and can't wait to see it finished.

I like what you are planning for the seat pan, I think it will help break up the white.

Looking really good so far Kenny! I know what you mean about the weather though! I finished redoing a plow last week. I think I went through 3 tanks of LP just getting the temps high enough in the garage. Looks like your project is coming right along though.

May slow down some now. My son can get me a discount on the spray bombs, so I'll wait to get it once we go see the grandson.

Got the grille pics, a definite improvement even with using cans. I like the Rust-oleum Metallic Charcoal with the blue. May find more places to use this.

Kinda ugly before.

Much better, I think. The dimples you see are spot welds. If I could have worked with it more out in the sunlight, I probably could have made them look better. But it is an improvement.

Yeah, the weather is a pain, but we got much needed rain. I think we are allowed to cook outside now. LOL
Got the engine in and it sounds good. There is no smoke coming out and idles good. Doesn't seem to vibrate much more than it did with the balance gears in it. Glad I took them out.

Bump.
Haven't accomplished much as far as paint, lately. Brought some more home today, so will have pics in a couple of days.

Here's a few more pics of the side panel painted. Didn't put the other one on yet. I am going to do something a little different to these, yet.

A definite improvement. On to the seat pan. Thanks for looking.
P.S. As you can see, the muffler puked crud all over my grille.

Here's a couple more with the charcoal added to the side panels.

What do you all think?

Got the seat pan off and primer is drying. Wind is going to be about 30 mph the next couple days, so may not get paint on it for a while.

Kenny I really like the added charcoal striping and grill extension. Really helps break up the blue. Nothing like giving them some new work clothes :D
