So when I bought the 1000 and 1050 this weekend I picked up a few tube fame attachments that I've never seen. One is an early blade and one is a Bolens plow not a brinly. What can you guys tell me about em?

Great Finds!

Those were originally sold when the first 600's came out, personally I think they were just cleaning out the left over Ride-a-matic stock they had and it was easier at the time to just make a bracket to adapt them to the tubeframes.

There's a couple of those front blades out there , but the 1 bottom plow you rarely see!

Yours are in excellent shape as well!

Almost hate to say what I gave for the stuff, it was nowhere near what it was worth. I've never seen either before.

BTW brian did you ever remember receiving an order from a jerry maxwell out of Lincoln ne for some idler pulls and other small parts?

No, I never knew the guy or these tractors til the day of his estate sale. He passed in July of this year of a heart attack. I've been in contact with his daughter though getting the history of the tractor.
