Kenny, the spray cans of the silver PS2 are ok but kind of streaky, not as good as out of a gun, you do have to clear coat it. I would have had to drive 40 miles to buy a quart of paint so I opted to do this since I already had the clear coat. I also raised the steering wheel up 2", it was too close to the hood because the new steering wheel didn't have enough dish for the clearance. I just made a short shaft to extend it and I was able to cut the keyway in it with my mill. Here are a couple of pics of the hood repaint

Looks real good! I will buy the quarts and shoot it with a gun. May see if I can get it in a single stage paint though.

I agree Kenny, I'm going to get the paint and redo the hood, I worked too hard on this little machine to just leave it. I reinstalled his wheel weights and took the three point off of the Subota and put it on this GT so I could play in the snow. These little tractors look anemic without their wheel weights and three points on them. Here are some pics, I'll get allot of pics tomorrow, I think it's supposed to snow all night.

Thanks Tahoe, we usually have a few snow storms here every winter. The elevation here is 4,600 ft. and we're right at the foothills of the Rocky Mountains, I think this last storm which is still snowing ended up dumping about 12" of snow on us so far. I'm getting ready to fire up my tractor and play in the snow, I'll get some pics.
