We eat lots of seafood..most of the meat we eat with legs is of the wild game type(Deer,boar,turkey and last year we scored a feral cow that someone hit and no one would clam)I have 3 freezers that we try to fill every winter.

Sounds like Lake Michigan salmon..    High levels of mercury..  BUT a smoked salmon sure sounds good..

Boy, one of these days you need to live a little bit outside the 4 legged box. A nice cat fish or Walleye steak is hard to beat. And I lioe my beef and pork also.


I know.... My sweet wife tells me that to. The doc would be impressed if I got away from red meat too.

The Japanese leave out the sear flip sear flip part. Of course, they are immune to liver flukes.
