Hi all,

About a month ago, my wife came home from work on a Friday evening and I asked if she would like to make a 700 mile round trip that Sunday.

She asked "why?", and I say "because I just bought a mini dozer".

She says "let's go". (she is a great catch)

We make the 17 hour round trip there and back with no mishaps or problems.

And a Struck MD1600 had a new home.

The next evening was spent motoring around the property and tearing up the yard.

All the while my wife is laughing her head off at her full-grown (?) husband.

Then she says "that was a long trip, but this makes it all worth it". (did I say she was a great catch?)

We have spent the last month tooling around, fixing little things, tooling around, fixing little things, repeat, repeat.

I have wanted a Struck since reading the article in the May 1967 issue of Popular Science (I still have my copy of the magazine).

It was worth the wait.

Thanks for reading this,

Dave

P.S. Sorry, I don't have the ability to take or post pics. (but I'll work on it)

Gotta love a dozer, I'd love a Struck, but I like mine fine.

Thanks guys.

Yes, my wife is the better half and is definitely a keeper.

The dozer is a lot of fun and was worth the wait.

The attachments that came with it are a 4.5 foot wide aluminum push blade and a 3 foot wide snowblower.
