Nice tractor. Had to buy one of these in a pinch years back. Had a deck and tiller. Paid $450 for it. Used it for 2 years and still made $ off it. Not that much though. Great little tractors. Wasn't a Massey,so it had to leave.

Wrong Seat and Seat base.The 102 had a very unique seat on it that was made of Rubber.

then you got a good deal because they sell restored for $2,500-$3,000 now

I've collected Cubs for 30 years and the most expensive are the diesel Cubs and they barely bring 2500. I can buy your tractor on Craigslist in better shape 10 times for 300-400 bucks

If you're so uninterested then don't buy it, you need something better to do with your time

Most of the time at 300-400 they can't sell them at that price
