If this is plastic tank with the rubber grommet and the petcock that fits in it, should be all over in stores that carry any lawnmower parts. Some farm stores, any equipment sales place, maybe some auto stores and around me ACE hardware has them. Filters should be same, common ones. This a Kohler engine? Napa is good, take the old one along, Sometimes you can read the part number on rim of the filter.

The last ones I bought had a Tecumseh brand name on them.

The rubber bushing is a TORO 46-6560, the petcock is a TORO 104048. These are all over epay

Post all the numbers off the engine data decal including the Kohler serial number. That should narrow down the possible tractor model numbers.

Attached are the Kohler tags. I cannot read any other decals on the machine. Thanks to all for the information!

Your tractor is a 1986 model 312-8 with model number 21-12K802 or 21-12K803. As far as I can tell they are identical but suspect the 802 was produced by Wheel Horse and the 803 by Toro. 1986 was the year Toro took control of the company.
