Thought photoshop at first, then looked close. WTH did that come from!!!!! Clean shorts needed for sure, looks more like a cog rather than a saw blade. I am guessing if it was a "sharp" blade there would have been two vehicle halves.
That is a diamond blade for saw cutting concrete and a big one at that! Glad no one was hurt.
The cogs have man made diamonds embedded to grind away at the concrete/stone/rebar; water is typically used as a cooling medium to prolong blade life. Blades that big are sold in the USA by diamond count per inch. Rule of thumb ~ $100+ an inch. That is one expensive blade that was ruined as the segments themselves are likely bent and could fly off. I never used one that big; but had one self destruct in my construction years.
