Thanks guys, for all the info. I re read the tube frame article again and figured out what I have.
Does anyone have pics of how the scraper blade mounts up?

Thanks doc. I looked thru all my service manuals and could not find anything. I do have a lot of manuals that cover a wide range of tractors and add on's. Such as power steering, oil coolers, head light kits, push mowers, snow casters , three point hitches ect.....
Keep that in mind if there is something you may need.

That makes sense the early PM142 and PM161 spring rated the engines up to 2900rpm , the PM200A which was common on most engines after 66' says 3600rpm

Does that mean you could increase your horsepower on these motors by changing the governor spring, or is there more to it than that?

Thanks, Jim

The TRA10D had a longer stroke than the TR10D giving you the extra 2HP

Thanks. I was referring to Bruce's comment on uprating the tr-10-d's and your reply regarding the rpm rating on the springs. I am not looking for more power out of mine, I was impressed with it before the head gasket finally gave up From what everyone tells me on here, I should amazed by the power when I get the new gasket installed

Thank, Jim

I guess if you increased the RPM's you'd get a bit more HP input but they did these things for a reason so I wouldnt recommend using the PM200A in the older engines.
