So I found the clutch disc but the I'd is an 1/8" smaller will that make a difference?

No wonder the tiller wouldn't go very deep. Your ground is on a hillside, nearly vertical from the pics!

yea that ive noticed to i took the pics standing right side up with my phone vertical
