Cub 71 solenoid clicking

Won't start and solenoid is clicking, which I read means it's good. Solenoid is new. Battery is charging now, which I don't think is problem. Tractor has sat outside for many years so I'm hoping it's a ground problem. Rust.

Make sure all of the connections are clean.  It usually dirty battier terminals.

Got it guys. Took ground wire off tractor body and wire wheel brushed whole area and wire terminal. Bolted it back on and that dis the trick.
