Looks like it is in good shape. I see a deck and a tiller. Did you get anything else with it? Welcome to the forum and BTW, where in Canada are you? It is a big country you know. LOL!

Have you tried your local stores/craigslist?

 

Can get you some new chains but shipping to Canada may be a bit much

Your 1050 is alot nicer than mine. For tire chains, you can find chains from old compact cars and cut them down to fit. Many of the old chains can't be used with radial tires so they are cheap at garage sales. I don't pay more than $2 per set and have picked up many for that. Use bungy cords to tighten them. BTW learn the proper way to put chains on. Lay them out behind the rear tires and back onto them. Then just pull the chain over, hook the inner loop and then tighten with the outter loop. Tire Chains is "Canadian friendly"  :D :D :D

 

And they carry chains in Garden tractor and ATV sizes.
