Looks like a Montgomery Wards Teamtrac tractor to me.

Yes!  That's the name I was trying to think of.  Thank you.  I guess they marketed them through Wards at one point?

They did for a time.I have one,the walkbehind part.I bought it for the wheel weights.the rest of it was of no use to me without the sulky. A sulky did come up at the zagray's show this past spring,but the guy thought it was gold.and brought it safely home with him. I'd like to find one.I hear they are rare.
