No problem at all, I'm happy to help someone out. I know it can be hard sometimes to source parts.

Folks,

If there any spare parts needed for a MF7 or MF8 let me know. I have a good set of fenders from a MF7price would be right. Also have a MF7 frame and wheels. No engine.

Regards,

 Chris

Folks,

Have replace the gas tank support and the gas tank. Change and adjusted the points and repainted some of the engine sheet metal. The Massey was taken to local fair and sat with the big antique tractors last week! I will try to post some pictures. Have been busy with 1870 house restoration work at our sons place most of the summer.

Thanks to all the folks that helped with the little Massey project!

 Regards,

 Chris

Folks,

I had some pictures taken after the big Massey show in NW PA this summer as I continued to tune the little tractor.

While I had the cover off for repaint I decided to change the points and condenser. Found some damage in there from tramp metal.

setting points was not the easiest thing.

Also got the new bracket cleaned painted and installed with the new tank. Now mounted to the Battery box not the engine.

Seems to work real well! Thanks for the great support and parts from folks on this site!

I did have to drill holes in the battery box to mount this. So obviously this tractor had the engine mounted tank from the factory. I like this one much better!

Alan,

It was a small piece of steel looked like it had some treads. Could not find any place it came from?

Regards,

 Chris

Folks,

I still have a frame, wheels, std shift. If some ones wants it for free. Also have a extra mower deck if some one could use it. Both items are rough and have issues.

regards,

 Chris
