With chains and limited footing; it was decided in the name of safety to build full running boards for the Sears.

ST-10.png

Since full running boards were not available for the Custom series; a pair of running boards from a SS12 Suburban were sourced from E-bay.

Angle iron was used for support and metal was added.

Pretty happy with the results.

Template of material added.

Few more "custom" pieces are in the works. Need to get the blower ready for duty. Still looking for this: http://gardentractor...r-pulley-cover/

Thanks for looking.

Neat! I like them with full steps also. Looks like  you used MM Prairie Gold paint on them, heh!

"Old" Caterpillar yellow. Closest color to original I could find in spray can.

Hey, I used that alot in bombs for my MM's as I did small stuff. Matches good to older Gold, so I'm almost right, heh!  Schoolbus yellow or transportation yellow as called now, and best is Power Yellow from Case/IH, use that now for most any MM parts and tracctors, and is Good paint too.
