I went through my deck for the 1250 and everything seemed good. The blades dont look like they need replacing but I've never seen blades like this before. The blades are bent downwards from the center. All 3 seem to be the same. DSCN2914.jpg

Don't know for sure. Now I'm curious, so I will have to look at the ones on my 1250 decks this weekend.

Here is a pic of what a new blade for the 48 inch deck looks like. I belive there was 4 different blades used does your have the part number stamped into it and what is it.

The blads on my 1476 which uses a very similar deck has flat blades. I will clean the blade up tomorrow and look for a part number.

The model number isnt readable, but I believe this is a 18048-02. I also cant find any numbers on the blades.

I looked at both of my (48") 1250 decks. Both have yet another style: flat across the middle, then a pronounced dropped shoulder to the cutting portion of the blade, with air lifts on the end portion. If all three of your blades are the same, I agree with mikebramel and would think that it was on purpose. So they should be OK to use.
