Ryan is a Senior this year. We have been back and forth on the Sr pictures. Decided to wait until the leaves started to turn and hire a local girl who will come out to the house.

She came out Sunday afternoon, and took a bunch of pics. Several locations on the farm. Eventually, she had to leave.
There were a few more I wanted to try, so we kept going with our camera.

I don't say it often enough, but I'm so proud of the young man he's become... He has grown far to fast for my liking, but that's how it happens. I had a great time spending the day with you not working, just enjoying your company and seeing you take one more step towards adulthood.

Today, she sent a few of the pics over... The rest will be coming soon.
Here are some of what we all came up with.

By the way, my favorite picture is the one with Loran in it, she just makes that picture so much cuter. :)

Those outfits that take the school pictures are a rip off as far as I am concerned.  The vast majority of the students & families in this area have regular photographers take the pictures.  Get some real good natural photos and not the artificial stuff the school photos usually are.

Very nice photos of a good looking young man.

Way to many wardrobe changes for me though!

When I had my senior pictures taken the options were facing left or right!

Great pics! They are all good. I like how the dog wrapped his paw around the leg!

Hey, Ryan cleans up pretty good!  Nice pics with some beautiful scenery, any one of which would be worthy of publishing.  I would say money well spent.

Great set of photos Alan. Ryan sure has grown up fast. All those photos look good to me. I'd be hard pressed to pic a favorite.

I can see ravaging the GT fund for that, money well spent. Once they hit their teens, gosh does time speed up.

Every time I spend some cash I got from the GT fund on the kids, one smile from them makes it worthwhile. Looks like you got hundreds of smiles out of Ryan.

Nice pics. Looks to have grown to become a nice young adult.

I am going through the same thing, we have a senior this year too, already did his pics back in the summer.

We got a reality check yesterday, he went and did something yesterday that under 18, we would have had to consent to, getting old!

I've already had that discussion and he is aware of my take on the whole "once I'm 18, all my decisions are mine" mentality that some of his classmates have.

I don't want him under my thumb, but I don't want him to think that adults voices no longer carry weight.

Yea, we still have the "if you live under my roof" statement in place and he understands and respects it, just the fact here are things he can now do that doesn't require mom and dad to sign for.

When he turned 18, I started punching on him, told him it's no longer child abuse haha
