I can fix you up with a pan.  That will put you half way there.  Upholstery shop can do the rest.  Good luck.

The 1000 used a special pan no other bolens used.

It also was a "pressed fit" cushion that was crimped right onto the pan itself just like the 900 one.

This is the most complete one i have ever seen

I've been looking for atleast 10 years for one so I can restore my Grandfathers 1000

That is a plastic coating on the metal pan. Only the fenders were fiberglass.

Original family owned, garage kept, wish he could have found the paper work, the only thing changed,he added a coil, the stock set up must have went bad,I have to see about putting it back right, couple tears on the sides of the seat, and coming apart in the back of it,not sure if it can be repaired or not,I may send it up to 29chev,his work on the 1050 covers is amazing

Thats a great find for sure, very complete and no hacking to anything!

You can see the old mag wire hanging near the breaker box, the mag could still be good, someone may have just taken the easy way out and put a 12vt coil there.

Both the fairbanks coils and wico coils for them are still available

Whats the dealer sticker say on the hood?
