  Well, it's that time of year so I put the leaf vac together for the Fall gathering as I said I would. Cottonwood and box elder are the only ones falling so far. If the weather stays dry enough I'll get much more later.

I would love to have something like that... I can't afford one of the professional models...   Iv'e been waiting for someone to make one on the cheap... 

 

  How's this for HillBilly--------  An old wash machine agitator,, on a shaft,, hooked to a horizontal 3 HP Briggs.. Enclose the agitator and add 6 in. hoses..... :(    NO..!!!???

I gave $75 for the chipper and about $100 for the hose. The chipper is on it's second engine which was given to me by a good friend. Everything else was recycled metal and sunscreen cloth.

  Sounds good but I'm not sure how well the agitator would hold up to 3600 RPM.

  Just an addendum: the product I desired for the veggie garden. Got the leaves all spread and tilled in so the garden is ready for winter.
