I found two Massey 1655 for sale, one has a three point, pto and ag tires. They both have mower decks. The guy is asking $1,800 I believe for the pair of them. I am waiting to hear back from him as it would be a 10 hour drive to get there. I would have to make special arrangements to be able to go pick them up.

Mike found my secret stash LOL. I haven't heard back from the guy yet and I really don't know how in the hell I would get them home but I am sure I could figure something out.

Hey George, I got lots of time right now. You buy the tractors, I'll hitch a ride to Ohio, drive the Massey to Pennsylvania (towing the second one behind).... no charge for the delivery, if you buy me a really nice Bolens to drive back to Illinois! :rofl2:

Thanks Mike, I am going to call the guy with the Masseys and see if I could work a deal out with him. If I can I will try giving that fella a call about transporting them. Worse case scenario I will have to make two trips. Anyone mind measuring a 1650 - 1855 and let me know the outside rear tire to outside rear tire, longest dimension front to back and height from ground to highest point on the steering wheel?

OMG, could you imagine really doing that, it would take forever LOL. You would need like 10 extra gas cans just to make it one exit to fill all the cans up again LOL

I would buy ya a Bolens though if you did it.

I know when I picked up my 1855, it just barely fit in my full size truck with a 6.5' bed. I did have to remove the 3pt to get the tailgate shut. I would say that you would need a fairly big trailer to haul two of them. If your hauling them for 10 hours, I pretty big truck too.

I am going to try not to get my hopes up too much as I don't know if his asking price is per each or for the both of them, if it is for the both of them then it is a decent deal and will be better if I could talk him down a little but who knows. I also don't know if he still has them or not.

I do have transportation lined up though, called one of my friends and he has a 10 x 16 or 18 utility trailer and a newer dodge pickup with a cummins in it so that part is taken care of, just gotta call the guy tonight.

Dodge 2500 will do it. The combined weight of both the tractors and the decks is going to be around a ton, so... make sure the trailer will hold the weight.
