Any one know any thing about it?

The wife's doctor called today with the results of a recent biopsy.

Prognosis is many years.

I just need info.

Cancer treatment centers of America or the Huntsman Cancer Institute are two places I hear a lot of good things about. Most important is her mental attitude and her will to fight and live. God bless and so sorry to hear the news.

I cringe every time I hear cancer, but really do when lymphoma comes up.
Dad passed from a rare version with a fast progression and a lower chance of remission, thankfully hers doesn't sound like his.
I am not normally a big fan of the politics that UPMC puts into medicine, but the Mario Lemieux blood cancer center was impressive.

They specialize in marrow and blood cancers.
I know your health care system differs from ours, but I assume they have something like it up there.

Keep us updated, we will pray for recovery.
Good luck

I'd consult further with a doctor(s) who specialize in such maladies..  Don't just take one doc's word..  Remember-  they PRACTICE medicine..  Hope she fares well CH

Sorry to hear this Chopperhed. My SIL. has a diagnosed lymphoma, and with treatment has been living quite well for over ten years. She's 74 now. I hope things go well for you and your wife. My thoughts are with you both.
