Never thought about a second floor. I still have the shop and the shed complex but dirt floors don't thrill me after have this concrete floor.

Store on dirt, work on concrete.  Always room for one more.

I'm lucky in regards to the garage.  Ours has a very low ceiling.  The wife's Xterra doesn't clear the garage door opener linkage so it has to stay outside.  :smilewink:

You have plenty of room for more tractors!!   My wife knows that her daily driver will never see the garage!!! :D  I dont allow salt covered vehicles in my garage or near my collectables!! :shoot2:  I dont need that crap dripping all over my garage floor and rotting out my toys!! :mad2:   I just get her a remote starter and after I clean my truck off, I clean her car off. I also built a 2nd level on one side of my garage. it works great. Tractors get all parked underneath and on top goes lawn furniture, decorations, attachments, tires, boxes, bikes, etc., etc.

Until your garage looks like this, your good to go. My wife hasn't parked in the garage for 5 years lol

You have room for quite a few more.

We bought an old truck when we moved 10 years ago.  Last month I evicted my wifes stuff from it and built a simple loading dock.  It only holds 8 tractors but that is 8 not cluttering up the garage or shop.

I can't help in this matter since I haven stored a car/ truck in my garage since before last fall or spring I can't remember when I sold my yj project. But that being said my wife doesn't want to park in the garage NY winters suck but I clear her jeep off before my Durango an plow when I get home from work.
