I just got this Trac team set today. It came with 24" snowblower, 24" mower deck and a leaf shredder. One owner, moved into a retirement home and had no use for it. It was repowered a few years ago with a eight horse Tecumseh with electric start added.

It has a bigger funky looking filter on it. We didn't check that out yet. Pickked it up in the rain, so we didnt spend much time on it.

If that was the next newest series, (ST***S) I would be jealous as all get out. Been looking for a mower deck for 5 years.

It is the Tecumseh snow king engine. The first one without a Kohler for us.

From the looks of it, maybe off from the ST series, built from 1988-1994(?). The factory air filter kit for one of those are really hard to find.

I have one in the garage I am waiting on a carb kit for. According to my FIL, it will be the first time it has ever been torn into. He bought it new in 1989.

The shredder has a Mckissic look to it. Did they partner with other manufacturers?

Reading through the manuals a bit. Looks like I need to switch some things around for summer use, like the carb and filter. I will need to check it out to see what all has to be done. Is there any thing peculiar to a Tecumseh?

Me and Dad got the blower taken off and the mower deck put on tonight. It was too dark to try it out.

This week I found the manufacturing year of 1973. Which makes it 42 years old. The old girl still runs good tho, with a heart transplant a few years ago.
