So my new baby the 1267 with a k301 runs and drives like a champ. That is until the starter/generator went to a better place. My problem is that it went to a better place in several pieces. I measured with 3/8 rope and came up with 35 inches. Well that was too big and a 34 " appears to be way to small. Could use a little help from those that are wiser and more versed in this particular engine than I am. Thanks in advance.

The original 1593 Wheel Horse belt is no longer available. 3/8" x 34.4"

Think you will find these have raw rubber sides for better traction and are actually an automotive belt.

I'm guessing this belt was likely  cogged as many starter belts were originally

If it helps I can get you a 3/8'' X 34.5'' which will get us close those run about $ 13.14 and have a raw edge which will give you more grip compared to a regular belt
