I'm looking for information of vintage LawnBoy Lawn and Garden Tractors (1990's) and can find little on the net to help. Does anyone have any advice on this? thanks  Doc

Welcome to GTT. Have you tried our Manuals Section? Weren't they made by MTD? If so there is a good series of manuals for the MTDs. Good Luck, Rick

This month's LAGT magazine shows a BIG lawn boy on it's back cover. Never knew they made them that big. Has fella's name on it, maybe he can be contacted?  That one looks like may be an MTD, similar to the Farm Kings, Whites 990 or newer versions. How about a picture?  For sure they were NOT made by Lawnboy themselves and are a later offering.

The Lawnboy tractors of that era were made by Gilson, same as the Ford tractors, I believe.

Yes, they were Gilson built.

I have a GT18H LawnBoy. There are a few members on here that have both the LawnBoy version and Ford version of the GT18H.
