I can go out to my storage shed this week and get you some pictures and measurements of the one I built for my Massey crawler project. I cut the plywood to the same size as the old rotted seat I replaced so it should be correct for your Panzer.

Here are the pictures of the seat I rebuilt for my Panzer/Massey crawler. I used 4 inch thick foam and marine grade vinyl material stapled onto the plywood bottom and backrest. I just tucked the vinyl under and stapled it in place and then cut out another piece of vinyl just an inch or so smaller than the plywood and went around the outer edge of that piece with staples to cover up what showed of the plywood and edge of the main material. I bought the materials at a large craft store.
The seat measures 31 x 14 inches and the backrest is 23 x 8 inches. The seat hinges are on the front edge and the bottom tilts forward to get to the battery and the gas tank. The backrest is held to the pipe frame with 1/2 inch conduit clips.
