I had two identical push mowers. One that ran and one that didn't. I was going to swap the running engine over to my string mower. Guess which of the two went off to scrap.

Sounds like one of those "the more things on your brain,the lower the concentration level". Same thing that happened to me in my "And in other news" post.

It got so bad for me, I went to a neurologist who gave me tests for three hours, only to tell me I didn't have alltimers. Well what do I have?  Well, your getting old!

No Willie, one ran and one didn't. In my case I kept the one that ran all the time, kinda the opposite of what you did, HA!

Where's the nearest vet supply store? And not a Petco.....

I've used those paint sticks for years.  One of those or some spray paint & place a big X on the  "to be scrapped" items.
