i cleaned carb and everything is like new as far as the carb goes its adjusted properly and every thing but motor won't run just has flames shoot out carb and back fires thrue carb could it be intake valve? i pulled head off and can't realy see anything that stands out just abunch of carbon looks like the seats are clean any sug?

Could the key on flywheel be partly sheared????? sure sounds like timing. To this old man!!!

Dale, I agree. Sounds like a timing issue.
If the flywheel key isn't sheared, Check gap on the points. If they are just at the threshold of opening, they may be firing early (before the valve gets closed). Next I'd check for signs the engine has been opened up. It IS possible to get the cam out of alignment. Intake staying open at or after "10 before TDC" would be a big sign.

You may want to get the actual model # off the engine tins & see what you can find out about it.

wel it was running i guess then just stopped
