Well, I have been corresponding with a person in Springfield that is part of the historical society there (I believe). And she has located a picture from the 50s of the original Quick MFG building on Main Street (Route 40) in Springfield, Ohio. And after thorough research on my part I actually found with the use of Google Earth the actual building that Quick MFG had in the 50s, before moving to the location on Linden Avenue that I have yet to locate a picture of from any era. Anyway, here is the picture I was sent and the screenshot I cropped of Google Earth of the building which is now occupied by JMS Composites. Pretty cool huh?

Casey,
Glad you found it, You'll just have to make a run up there with the SF, get a picture in front of it, even if it's a little newer than what came out of that building.

Great detective work Casey! Everything looked much nicer in the 50's. But nice to see the original building still stands.

Ya Alan, but the difference is this structure is still standing, the structure that my Springfield came out of is now an empty lot.... But the 50s building has a lot of character, going to have to look at a lot of manuals to determine what year Quick MFG moved their operations.

Good sleuthing Casey! It looks like JMS added on to the front of the building, but you can still see the original facade in the picture. Good luck with the rest of your search!

I think it always had that section on front. The old pic has a flat roof on that section as opposed to a pitched roof. But definitely the same building.
