Any updates on this?

Were those paint codes successful?

Spent some time this afternoon getting the new tires and tubes ready for the LK. First off is getting the tires/tubes off the shipped wheels!

The first tube let me know I had an issue getting them out. Grabbed the stem with a pair of pliers and yanked it right out of the tube.

Nasty stuff in the tires!

The LK wheels will need some work! These are the front wheels!

Bolens1000, is there replacement bushings for these wheels?

Found the part #s for the front wheel bushings, 1718087. Need four of those and 4 of the washers, 309816.

Cute little brakes on these! See last pic above!

The smaller the tire the harder they are to change. I did my 26 12.00x12 Firestone 23 8ply I got for my HDT1000 and they were really stiff and hard to work with but I rather change a 38in full size tractor tire then them 6in tires any day

The old tires were a pain to get off for sure. The new tires came off their rims fairly easily. Gonna be a couple days yet waiting for paint to dry before they go on the LK rims!

I primed the inside centers this morning. Then shot a coat of semi-gloss black over that.

A little more progress. Starting off with the tire & tube mounting. I left the time/date on the pics so you could get how long it took.

So, at 11:15 I started with the first tire. And an hour later I had both tires/tubes installed, primer on, & a final coat on one side of them. Not bad! Now to let that side dry good and do the outside of the wheels.
