What brand of paint are you planning on using? I have the Rustoleum X-O rust code for the yellow as well as the deck but nothing in automotive so far.

Wheels were white on tractor and deck

Something about it...................it's just cool.

I agree and would love to drive one someday.

Neat find!

Once you mow with a articulated Bolens you'll never mow with another center mount machine!

I was looking around for tires for this as I need all 4. Found these with a Google search. They come with the wheels, but should be easy to change over to the LK wheels. I'll be painting those anyway. Then I can move it around and see if it will run.

Do you suppose that is the same green used on the early Large Frame decks? On my screen it kind of looks like it.

I would think so being used the same years. The paint is not as good as automotive but it is decent

Here's pics of the tires & wheels I got. The wheels have grease zerks and fit a 3/4" axle. The hub is flush to the back side & is 3" long. Inset about 1" at the front.

Not sure what I'll do with the wheels as yet! But for $6.50 each, I couldn't pass them up!
