Yhis is outside the county Mainainence grage

It is a 1935 Cat model 22, purchased for $1527 in 1935.

Think of what an improvement that was in 1935 over a horse and a drag slip.

A compact by today's standards. But when it was new, it would have been quite the machine.

Yes and it would have been probably twice the price of a wheel tractor?
And it would have been a real treat to operate.

A lot of money in 1935. Most cars were only 500 to 800 probably. But I don't know that for sure. Noel
