OK it's in shape enough to put on and pull with. I'll take it off again after the weekend and finish it. I'm leaving the top flat because I don't want it to pivot anymore.

I think if I went to all that work to make something custom and special, I'd want to buff it up and let everyone see it. You know they are going to ask where you bought it. And your going to tell them. . . . .

How does the weight savings help out on your tractor ? I see some pullers put weight on in different places so they can run different classes . Is this so you can have a lower starting class ?

That tractor has a heavy engine in the front . I want to take weight off so I can put it on where I want. When I run the 900lbs class I take off the weight rack just to make it lighter. then I run the 1200 lbs class I put it back on.

This is a 900lb class pull when the tractor and me have to weight 900 lbs . And the picture on the right is pulling in the 1200lb class.
