I've had this for the last 15 to 20 years and don't know what it is. I bought it used and it looked old then. It has a 8Hp Briggs, Trans is Netual, 1,2,3,Reverse, Shifter goes direct into trans (no belts) The only belt on it is one from engine to trans, Steering is cable operated to the front axle, It has a gas cap in the dash and under hood. I use it to pull my 1600# roller around the the yard twice a year and has not failed yet, it is starting to burn some oil under load. I have seen spots of yellow paint under the blue.

It has similarities to my Dynamark. Put an air cleaner on the carb.  Dirt getting in will damage parts and make it burn oil(blue smoke). Good Luck, Rick

How about Huffy? Looks a lot like one I had around 1967.
