Saw this for sale on Ebay this morning.......after I picked myself up off the floor, I thought gee - at these prices, I should put all my ElecTrak stuff for sale and maybe buy a small country somewhere....

She has had it for sale in 2 previous auctions, and didn't sell in either.  the second auction got up to $822 and change....a reasonable price. You'd think that for 10 k the batteries would be included.... My guess is her husband might have told her it was worth $$$$ and he would never sell it!  With time and a lot of patience, it will probably come back down to a reasonable price....

Wow,
Makes you wonder where the pricing strategy is coming from.
This seems out of touch with reality and not a good thing for our hobby.
just my opinion.

I'd love to have one of those but could never pay that kind of money for it.

Slightly over-priced, in my opinion.

Just curious and clicked on the link. She must have sold it. Not sure how much it went for.

I'm curious what it went for too.

Oh well, I'll just have to take mine out for a spin and tell it that it's going to fund my retirement.  lol

This lady's husband was in a small group as we toured the old Elec-Trak plant three years ago . The experience was truly thrilling .

A restoration by a person of known repute will bring 3 times her last offer without batts . Maybe more.

They will last another 30 to 40 years if properly cared for .

Sometimes a raffle of a highly desirable tractor will bring a ridiculous amount of money . restored or not .

Looks like the auction closed for $1300 but there's no feedback yet.
